How we get items safely to their destination;
To counter fraudulent Orders we do not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide your residential address stated on your card or account.
Services Utilised;
For regular deliveries we utilise Regular Australia Post services – 3 to 5 Business Days*.
For special deliveries we utilise the courier services of DHL where necessary – 1 to 3 Business Days**.
All orders are insured and tracking numbers provided to You via email when dispatch has taken place.
For an Order to be successfully delivered;
